Sets or resets the no-trace level for a given hgclass.

    hgclass gclass, 
    const char *level, 
    BOOL set
);

Parameters

Key	Type	Description
`gclass`	`hgclass`	The `hgclass` whose no-trace level is being modified.
`level`	`const char *`	The trace level to set or reset. If empty, all levels are affected.
`set`	`BOOL`	If `TRUE`, the level is set; if `FALSE`, the level is reset.

Return Value

Returns 0 on success, or -1 if the specified trace level is not found.

Notes

If level is empty, all trace levels are affected. If gclass is NULL, an error is logged.
